UAE Trademark Registration is the process of legally protecting a brand name, logo, slogan, or other distinctive mark in the United Arab Emirates under the Federal Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks (superseding the earlier Federal Law No. 37 of 1992). It is administered by the Ministry of Economy (MoE) through its online trademark portal.
