Step-by-Step ZED Registration Process

Complete the Online Application
Navigate to the ZED Certification Portal. New users must register using UDYAM registration number, mobile, and email. Fill out the application form with comprehensive MSME details.

Complete Payment
The cost depends on the certification level (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and MSME size. Complete payment via the secure online gateway and retain a copy of the payment receipt.

Upload Required Documents
Submit all required documents — business registration, financial reports, QMS records, EMS documentation, and other pertinent documents for authentication by ZED authorities.

Government Assessment Process
After document validation, authorized assessment organizations evaluate the MSME on ZED standards. Non-conformities are flagged with a specific timeframe provided for rectification.
ZED Certificate Issued (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
Upon reviewing assessment results, the final ZED Certificate is granted reflecting the level attained. The certificate remains valid for a designated duration, after which the MSME may undergo re-evaluation and renewal. The entire process typically takes 10–15 working days.
